Results from our HVAC work, explained for Victoria businesses

Our published results come from heating and cooling companies we have marketed. They are not Victoria plumbing, retail or hospitality results, but the method behind them carries over.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

These are results from our HVAC work, achieved for Canadian heating and cooling companies, several of them in British Columbia. We show them because they are real, named and checkable, not because they prove what will happen for a Victoria café or a Saanich landscaper. Below each one we explain what the result shows and which parts of the method transfer to other local businesses.

Our part in each was marketing: none of these companies' installs or repairs were ours, because we are not a contractor in any trade.

GasBoilers.ca: a focused brand for a specialist service

GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division we built for CANRO Heat. It serves 26+ BC communities and carries 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What it shows: a narrow, clearly named offer can earn trust quickly, especially when reviews accumulate steadily. Customers searching for something specific respond to a brand that obviously does that one thing.

What transfers: if your business has a specialist service hidden inside a general one, such as heritage window restoration inside a carpentry firm or dog agility training inside a pet store, giving it its own clear pages and a review focus can make it findable. Our reputation service builds the review side of this.

BCWide.ca: faster lead growth from a clear service map

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: when the basics are fixed together, such as service pages, location targeting, tracking and a fast response, lead volume can rise within a single quarter rather than over years.

What transfers: a business serving several municipalities can often get quick gains by defining its real service area and building the pages and ad targeting to match. Our service-area planning guide shows how to do that for the capital region.

CanroHeat.ca: steady lead growth for an established firm

CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.

What it shows: an established company with a good reputation offline can still be under-represented online, and closing that gap produces substantial growth.

What transfers: many long-running Victoria businesses live on referrals and have thin websites and few reviews. That's an opportunity rather than a weakness; the reputation already exists and needs to be made visible.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic traffic without buying clicks

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% in 12 months.

What it shows: search visibility built through useful pages and steady local signals can grow substantially over a year without relying on paid ads.

What transfers: for businesses with modest margins, such as many retailers, studios and personal services in the capital region, organic search and a strong Google profile are often a better bet than heavy ad spend. See local search.

HeatLand: content at scale

HeatLand has published 850+ SEO articles and saw a 300% lead increase in 6 months.

What it shows: a consistent publishing programme answering real customer questions can drive leads, not just traffic.

What transfers: you don't need 850 articles. A Victoria business that answers its 20 most common customer questions well, one page each, is already ahead of most local competitors. The questions your front desk hears every week are the content plan.

Reading case studies honestly

When you look at any agency's results, including ours, ask:

  1. Is the client named and the site live? If not, you can't check it.
  2. What was measured? Leads, traffic, revenue and ROI are different things.
  3. Over what period? A result in 90 days and one over three years mean different things.
  4. Is it the same kind of business as yours? If not, what specifically transfers?
  5. What's not shown? Agencies naturally publish wins. Ask what didn't work.

We've tried to answer those questions above. The guide to choosing an agency has more questions to put to anyone you consider.

What this means for your business

None of these results is a forecast for you. What they show is that a method built on clear service areas, useful pages, steady reviews and honest tracking has worked repeatedly in one demanding sector. If you'd like to discuss how it might apply to your business, contact us and bring your numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Why are all your case studies HVAC companies?

Because that is where the group's portfolio began, with 150+ live HVAC websites built. We publish only results we can name and link, so the case studies are HVAC. We don't relabel them as other trades.

Will I get the same results?

No one can promise that, and we won't. Results depend on your market, competition, offer, budget and how quickly you answer enquiries. The case studies show what the method has done, not what it will do for you.

Do you have Greater Victoria case studies?

Not published ones. When we have named, permission-based results from capital-region clients, we will add them here with links.

Can I see more case studies?

Yes. The full set is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page, and each one links to the client's live site so you can look for yourself.
