VictoriaAgency.ca exists to give Greater Victoria's trades, home-service firms and independent shops the kind of marketing thinking usually reserved for bigger companies, sized for a business with one to fifty people. We plan, build and run local search, websites, ads, reviews and seasonal campaigns, and we explain every decision in plain language.
We are a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor. We don't take on renovation, plumbing, electrical or any other trades work; we help the businesses that do.
The company behind the site
VictoriaAgency.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. The group is Canadian, keeps its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia, and takes on clients from coast to coast; this site is its Greater Victoria arm.

We have no Victoria office, and we won't invent one. We work with clients across the capital region in person or by video call, as well as by phone, text, email and shared documents.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads VictoriaAgency.ca. He holds an MBA in Technology Management and has more than 17 years of marketing experience, which began in 2007 when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency.
Later ventures include Conv.ca, his conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, alongside his role at the head of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai. His team has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, RomaHeating.ca and BCWide.ca, and that portfolio is where our published results come from.

Why a Greater Victoria focus
Many agencies treat Victoria as a smaller version of Vancouver. It isn't. The capital region is 13 municipalities with their own names and loyalties, a large public-sector and tech workforce, a summer visitor economy and a rainy season that reshapes demand for half the trades. Marketing that ignores those patterns spends money in the wrong places at the wrong times.

How we work
- We start from your numbers. Job values, margins, close rates and where your customers live. Without them, marketing is guesswork.
- We write the plan down. One short document covering target areas, channels, budget and what we'll report.
- You own everything. Domain, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics. We are added as users and can be removed at any time.
- We report monthly in plain English. Enquiries, cost per enquiry, which municipalities they came from and what we're changing next.
- We say no when it's right. If a channel won't pay for your business, we'll tell you rather than sell it.
- No lock-in. Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice.
What we won't do
- Write fake reviews or use paid ones.
- Promise rankings, leads or results. No honest agency can.
- Build sites or accounts in our name rather than yours.
- Present our HVAC case studies as results from other trades. They are results from our HVAC work, and we label them that way on our results page.
- Give legal, licensing or compliance advice. We'll point you to the right body, such as Technical Safety BC or WorkSafeBC, and you confirm with them.
