Three ways to reach us

All three reach the same person. Pick whatever suits your day.

What to include in your first message

You don't need a brief or a deck. These five things let us give you a useful answer in the first reply:

1. Your business name and website, if you have one.
2. What you do, in a sentence.
3. Where you work: the Greater Victoria municipalities you serve or where your shop is.
4. What you want more of: calls, bookings, foot traffic, a specific service.
5. What you've tried, including any past agency, and what happened.

If you know them, your average job or sale value and roughly how many new customers you'd like each month help us judge whether a plan will pay back.

A sample first text or email

You can copy this and fill in the brackets:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do [service] in [Municipality 1], [Municipality 2] and [Municipality 3]. Most of our work comes from [referrals / Google / repeat customers]. We'd like more [type of job or customer]. Our average job is about [$ amount]. Can we set up the free consultation?

What happens next

1. We reply within one business day, usually with a couple of questions and a suggested time to talk.
2. The first conversation is a free 30-minute consultation for eligible trades businesses. We look at your current visibility in the municipalities you serve and talk through your numbers.
3. We tell you what we'd do, and whether we think it will pay back. Sometimes the honest answer is a few free fixes you can make yourself.
4. If it makes sense, we send a short written plan with areas, channels, monthly cost and the numbers we'll report. Nothing starts until you approve it.

There is no pressure to sign anything. Plans are month to month, and you can read about them on the pricing page.

Privacy

We only use your phone number or email to reply to you about what you asked. We don't sell or share contact details, and we don't add people to promotional lists. If you text or email us, we keep the conversation only as long as it's useful for working together.
